Map Your Choices ~~ Set Your Course is a 5 week program with 6 months of hands-on coaching to follow.  This program is designed to learn more in depth and interactively about communication and how it’s affecting your life.  We then, interactively, set goals, either personal and/or business, and learn how to achieve these goals.  The final week involves establishing accountability partners amongst the participants and a firm commitment to work with each other to help with their goals.  As coach, Lorraine commits to following up monthly with each member of the team.

Content of program:

Week 1:  Full 2 hour seminar on effective communication and how it affects our every day life including choices, the ‘little voice’ and many relatable stories.

Week 2:  Self-Esteem ~~ why it’s critical to our success and how you can improve your self-esteem. (interactive)

Week 3:  Positive Reinforcement ~~ we’ll discuss the importance of positive talk, feedback and how it can change not only our world, but those around us. (interactive)

Week 4:  Setting Goals ~~ bring your most burning goal and let’s learn how to have those goals come to fruition.  Together we will learn the steps to success. (interactive)

Week 5:  Graduation Celebration ~~ we will recap our 4 weeks together, set up our ‘accountability partners’, and most importantly, you will walk away totally pumped and empowered to put your goal steps into action!

Over the next 6 months, you will stay in touch with your ‘accountability partner’ and I will be contacting each of the participants once a month just to see how you are doing.  Six months after the program we will gather again to share what worked and what didn’t ~~ but mostly we’ll celebrate YOU!!
