School Bus Programs

In one 2 hour session, I can do just that! I will offer a new perspective, unique ways to solve problems and show drivers that they need not draw that proverbial line in the sand.

Do your drivers like what they do? What if they did? Would absenteeism decrease? Would stress days be fewer? Would you sleep better knowing that the students you are responsible for are being looked after? As ambassadors of your company, how could this all change your public persona? Drivers are where the rubber meets the road, so their actions and behaviours are definitely linked to your reputation.

Your drivers will gain pride in their work through your positive feedback, which will encourage more of the same actions to create ‘win-win’ solutions.

I will present a full 2 hour seminar dealing with effective communication and life-skills meant to be a tool-box for drivers to draw from each and every day on the bus. As communication is a 24/7 deal, this information will also be reinforced off the bus, in their personal lives as well.

Now, the question ~ how will they know how to implement these ideas? The second part of this program is a hands-on, interactive workshop doing just that! Role-playing, open discussion and brain-storming affirms the validity of the program as a whole. The beginning of this second portion of the program will begin with a brief overview, giving drivers an opportunity to refresh their minds.
